Fiverr just bought me a 40 acre ranch!

Awesome man!! Do you have a huge idea list of things you want to put on the property?

I want to dig a few ponds and get a few teepees/bell tents for Airbnb stuff. Maybe a disc golf course. I want to build up a road going across the middle where it is the lowest too create a dam and pond on the one side of the road. I want to put in a few cold cellars underground to keep food etc. Maybe an area that can be used an an archery and bb gun range for the wee ones. The next door neighbors property borders the national forest so if I do shoot any guns I will probably just do it on the national forest land further away to avoid pissing off the neighbors with the sound. My air rifle is louder than my 22 so other than some pest control I will try and keep shooting guns to a minimum. Archery is fun and what I prefer anyway, a few places to throw my knifes and tomahawks.

I plan on trying to create some nice vegetable patches and some places where woofers and travelers can stay in return for helping out around the place. I have way too many plans to be honest with you. It will probably take me a few years to achieve most of them.

Damn all of it sounds amazing!! So from what I'm getting aside from a few larger things, you basically have a ton of smaller things to scatter throughout the property? The BB gun range idea sounds so dang majestic lol that'll be awesome!!

Congrats man. Very well done!

I'm curious regarding your Fiverr affiliate business. Do you have a website that is relying on organic Google traffic and from there you send people to Fiverr sellers?

It's organic traffic but it's not from google.

I'm motivated by your fiverr journey, i have a question, do you promote JUST your own gigs with affiliate link ? I don't want to do orders, i just want to promote other top rated sellers and collect commissions, even if i would make a sale every day or every 2 days it will be good for me, atleast just to start. Any HINTS for free converting traffic ? Don't want your method, but if you have some tips ? I can invest in domain and hosting if i need to. Thanks and good luck!

;):):cool::D

Yeah I promote a ton of other gigs. I just see the best results and conversion rates promoting my own but I promote lots of other gigs across lots of niches. As for traffic just go where small business owners are, you would be hard pressed to find a business owner that could not use at least ten different types of gigs on Fiverr. Just throw a lot of stuff out there and see what sticks.

So, you own the property now? Finished transaction/ paperwork for the land? Congrats!! Good luck. Keep us updated.

One more question if you want... you post direct tracking link from fiverr or you redirect visitors to a landing page / blog post , they read an article and then you link to fierr. Simply: you have a site \ domain / host for what you do ? Wich way you think give more conversions ? Can i ask what is your conversion rate and how much time took you to reach this level ?
Your revenue is stable ?

Sorry if i have to many questions but on the web i cant really find too much info about fiverr affiliate program.. uhm . THANKS.

Fantastic. I"m so happy for you, its glad to see some success in this forum admist the community trying to figure out their own business.
You've made it.

Yes, free and clear. Closed escrow last month on the 30th. It's all done and dusted.

Not really no, personally I don't find other IM'ers to be good clients or good prospects for Fiverr, most already have accounts. They think they know too much and always try and get you to reinvent the wheel. I like people starting out on sites like Etsy, Poshmark who just need help and are thankful to get it.

Both. I post direct o gigs and i post to articles where I mention how to use Fiverr and include a few direct links in there to the gigs I am recommending. Articles give better results but take infinitely longer to produce. My conversion rate is fantastic. based on the earnings from the aff program I get anything from $1 - $1.5 a click, if I count the earnings from gigs of my own that goes up to nearly $2 a click. that's not a conversion, that's not on just the purchases, that's per click based on the average over any given week. The best part is I have never ever spent any money promoting Fiverr. It's all done for free using the assets I have built up over the years. I have been using fiverr for years but only really getting into the swing of things for around the last 12 months. No my revenue is not stable as it keeps going up ;) stable in the sense it does not go down though. If I put in a ton of work I see huge results. If I just sit back and do nothing I see OK results.

That was nice of them. I should email them and ask if they will buy me something.

lol, yeah maybe I will ask them for a hundred rolls of fence and a flatbed full of pond liner for Christmas.

You've made it.

Thank you, but there are tons of successful people here. The most successful people probably dont have time to post here so I'm just a minnow in the grand scheme of things.

Hi William702!

Any pics ?

Congratulations!! :)
Thanks for sharing it with us,

Rémi

Yeah but they are very underwhelming, also as you will notice all of the posts I have ever made are bereft of images. Because every time I try and include one it never shows up. I might whack a few up on Imgur or put some dash cam footage up on youtube. It's just a piece of land with trees on it right now, so you're not missing much. We are going out there again this weekend but it will be a flying visit taking more of our crap to storage and dropping off building materials at the land.

That would be alot weed :DDD

Yes it would and It would be even more jail time in AZ. Besides I have pretty much quit (pretty much meaning the occasional vape hit when I take the dog out for a hike) and I get so unbelievably messed up now, that I dont have any time available to do it so it made quitting a hell of a lot easier. The biggest physiological factor was thinking about the money it costs, I could have built a few buildings with the money I have spent at one place, so no more!

Of course, that's the nature of things, you become successful and you would stop posting. But you didn't, you came back to us and gave us some motivation material. Thank you from the community
