Most probably the sellers are having trouble in getting likes done in time period given in gig so they decreased the no of likes. Anyhow there must be some check from FB on this as fake likes are too many.

They are time consuming, and usually unfollow shortly after.

You dont need to buy likes these days.

getting likes is easier then making a cup of tea.

But to get likes from real and active users is not easy.
You can get bot/fake likes easily... People can give as fast as you need.

Buying that much fans seems a little odd to me. I bought like 700 because I needed my page to look natural, not over top.

If you have 20K + fans an extra 1000 doesn't look odd
