Helo friend please help me i was having a fiver acount but its banned and i have money on it when i contected to fiver they told me its blocked and you can withdraw money after 45 days

so after 45 days i contacted to fiver i emailed then but 3 days gone i have not recieved any reply from them can soem one help me please

You try to email to fiverr again. Sometimes they reply late.
 
actually the funds availability can be upto 90 days and they need to approve it at first, they won't release it automatically

"Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from blocked accounts after a safety period of 45 to 90 days, depending on the reason given to you by Customer Support, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to Fiverr's approval."
 
I've read that they do send the money after the buffer time.
Are you able to login to their site and access the 'revenue' page?
 
If you were banned for shoddy work, they will likely hold your funds for a while to allow any unhappy buyers to claim a refund. No idea just guessing
 
They never pay amount for BANNED USER as per new TMC.
Earlier, they use to provide in 90 Days.

dont know they just send emails that some one complaines but ui have 100% ratings now also i am using another account i have 29 review 100% rating but they denied my gig and told me some one complain dont know how they denied gig or denied accoutn on 1 complain it may be some competator from different account

3 months ago I made an account, and made about $300 in the first month, all 100% rating and everything.

In the end I got banned because my gigs were infringing on the terms of service of 3rd party sites.

They told me I could withdraw my money after 45 days waiting period. So I waited, and after 45 days I contacted them and they asked me for a photo of my ID, the ID of my previous withdrawal, and my Paypal email if I'm not mistaken.

After I provided those, about a day or two later they sent me my money. I asked them if I could register a new account or get my existing account reactivated, and that I won't sell any more of those gigs I was selling, I'll sell something else, and they said No. Basically, you can't have a new account, bye.

That was my story.
