I remember when Fiverr used to respond within that same hour. I think I will take your advice and just forget the whole matter.

After having customer service issues myself and searching the web as a way to find help - I realized the site is notorious for poor customer service. They don't seem to have made any improvements in the past 2 years in this area from what i've read. Report your concerns to the Better Business Bureau to try to force their attention to the issue. If enough of us complain to the BBB the company will have to take some sort of action.
