I paid for a gig on Fiverr which was to be completed within 24 hours. The seller doing the gig ran out of time and so they marked the work as delivered while asking me for more time. The work had not been delivered to me. I thought that was so low and underhanded that I gave a negative review and sent a message to customer support about the incident using the Resolution Center. It has been 5 days without a response from them although I have sent them 2 messages. The seller in the meantime kept the money although their time ran out. I am going to cancel my account there and use Odesk from now own.
