Hello, fellow blackhatters, I hope you have a wonderful day!

I'm a proud member of this forum for nearly a year and, first of all, wanted to say thank you for the golden information and advice that this community shares here. With your help, I landed my first client this week. (yay)

So a little bit info about the job:
My client is a new firm, located in Russia, that helps other companies to open a representative office in another country. I'm gonna do corporate Wordpress web-site for ~1600$ and SEO for ~100$/mo. Also, I said that I have a team of 4: designer, developer, copywriter and me, but I think that all of the work I'll try to do by myself.

Now, we are at the point of price negotiations, where I need to compose a deep commercial offer for the client which breaks down the price of the web-site into small parts. The client wants to know what does the price consist of. That is the moment, where I got confused. I know all the steps of the job, but I can't list every little detail and put a small price tag on each one.

Can you help with this step? Maybe you have or seen some sort of template, that has all of those little steps that can justify the price tag?

Thanks;)
