UPDATE
My video is at 19,200 views with 415 likes, and I have hit $51.85. I can cash it out now, but I am conflicted whether or not to wait till ClearCPA comes out so I can cash out into paypal.
I am trying to get another niche going and when ClearCPA comes out I will start CPA (or maybe not, I might have to study for exams)
I also got my friend roach to improve the program that people download. Thanks for that bro.

For Paypal Payment : If you are looking for paypal payment. Look at the forum, you'll find some guys are transferring cleanfiles balance to paypal with a 10% fee.
