Hi there and welcome to BHW!

I'm gonna tell you that there's no easy money and the only way to earn money is by working and having skills. As others have already told you the best thing is to find a job so you can keep living and studying. It's not gonna be like "click, click, click and bank" meaning earn $100, 000 in 3 clicks.

The next thing I can tell you and other newbies here wanting to learn front-end development is this:

The best way to learn and improve your skills is by working on projects.

I would recommend John Smilga - not affiliated - because IMO he's the best instructor out there for me and I tried a couple of them. If you subscribe to his newsletter you will get a coupon code from him every 25th of a month where courses are going to cost $9. But you are at the beginning you can find HTML and CSS courses on YouTube and it's for free. It's enough until you can buy the course or if you are living in a country where torrents are allowed you can try and find to download it from there.

What is great about him is just what I said above - learning by working/practicing on the projects. Since you said you are learning bootstrap and it's really hard, I would suggest you try something even harder - using pure CSS and learning it, and moving on to the CSS frameworks once you know how to build a site with your CSS-only.

Let me summarize myself:

  1. Check the courses
  2. Learn HTML and CSS - without frameworks
  3. Work on the projects from the courses
  4. Build 3-5 landing pages with HTML/CSS (you can find designs on the web for free) - mobile responsive is a must!
  5. Start learning JavaScript (John's course is really amazing! and that's how I learned it)
  6. Repeat step 3
  7. Repeat step 5 using JavaScript but not only building landing pages but some easy web apps such ass (todo lists, notes, calculator, etc.)
  8. If you get to step 7 and you still like it, choose JS Framework you would like to learn and start looking for an internship
All these steps are gonna take you 6-9 months or even 12 months but trust me - it's worth it. If you can afford to yourself to stay at home and learn 8hrs a day, you will cut that time.

Good luck!

Hey thanks, i will listen to your advice. I'm really shocked from the responses thanks so mutch

If anybody is wondering i'm pushing through i don't know yet what will i do but i know that i will start looking for a job i the next month but before that i will make a promise to myself that i will try to make a business, to sustain myself till i finish law school!

Heeeeey!
If someone is interested, what happened with me :D
I started to work part time, paid my rent and started to do on my own html css and bootstrap. I made 2 websites just by css and html, then i did 2 more with bootstrap. I finished 4 of my exams (the worst grades but its really great 12 more and i am finished with law school). I started to learn https://www.coursera.org/professional-certificates/google-digital-marketing-ecommerce, finished 2 courses (of 7 courses) and saved a little money for rent. I started to workout again after i think 2 years, and quit my job my sister gave me money for food and that tipe of stuff. I don't know how but i will be one day a millionaire! I started now to focus on SEO, i think that i can find a job with that faster than with front end (i think it will take a lot longer for front end till someone hires me), if anybody can tell me some thing about SEO???
FIRST can someone give me recommendation on how to learn SEO????
SECOND do i stay on a course https://www.coursera.org/professional-certificates/google-digital-marketing-ecommerce???
THIRD can i start looking for a job next month if i finish everything?
AND FOURTH is THE ODIN PROJECT that good i want to start next week just need a little time to relax???

THANKS IF ANYBODY REPLAYS!
THIS COUPLE OF MONTHS WERE HARD BUT FUN ALSO!
