Do you guys think this is good, horrible, or average?

Growing to those numbers from 0 is good, remember that every start is the hardest and once your get things rolling everything will get better.
Now reach to more people and try promoting to YouTube content/channels via other Youtubers or even in other Social Networks like get a blog to mention you or an Instagrammer to post a Story with your channel and if your content is promising you'll get noticed

Keep uploading more video. Create more good content, don't worry about the statistic for now. If your content is good, it will grow.

Give your Channel a 1-2 Years time frame this is the way youtube works there are no shortcuts even your video begun to blow up youre still in this time frame 1-2 years..you are very luck if you made it within 6 months upload more and more non stop this how it begin!
