Finding the perfect job on Craigslist BHW style

I have been on BHW as a spectator for years but this is my first post.

Here is my journey. I have landed 2 jobs on craigslist one the old fashion way reading posts and cherry picking the jobs I was interested in and sending my resume with a canned "Hello my name is "#instagram" and I would love the opportunity to help grow your business." This worked but I did not get everyone to respond back of course, it was a timely processes and when I found a job I would stop searching possibly missing better opportunity. I felt that if I could consistently send this canned message and resume (even when I am employed) to select categories on CL I would have a better chance of getting a better more high paying job just by numbers alone. The second job I landed decided to take a shot gun approach and pay an outsourcer to respond to posts week after week to all posts in my desired categories and see what comes back. I sourced all interested employers to a gmail account. I did this for 3 weeks at a time costing me $21.00 a week $3.00 per hour 7 hours per week. Got a ton of responses and I got highered for a much better job than my last. I am now at the point where I am seeking an even better job and would like to automate responses to posts in targeted categories. I have fingered out half of the solution and am looking to see if anyone has any ideas on the last half. I will use scrapy to pull email addresses out of my desired CL categories. My problem is I have not found a way to email blast CL email address on a mass level. I would like to automate this process and be able to do it for free. I feel like if I can unlock the last half of this method I can find a very good job just by pure numbers. I am willing to move to get a better job and would like to run this method in every major city in the US to find the best possible job on CL for me once this method is mastered. I have not explored using these tactics on other sites but I am sure it would be effective.

Any thought's, Ideas or Similar Methods used in the past.

I will update my journey if I find a solution or better tactic.

CL is one big cluster of idiots in my area, so I can't speak about success over the heartache and pain I experienced. First I don't post or seek jobs there anymore but rather items for sale. My job hunt through CL was in fact the dumbest experience in my life. I applied for a general telecommunications job that told me to apply on their ads on CL. The amount of spam they sent me, mind you this was a branded trusted company, was outrageous. I decided to take a stroll through the job section and got sick of looking at cpa offer scams filling up the lists. I simply read and re-read the same scam work at home jobs and spam messages for selling my house to them for $5 about 200x. I never got the job, making more money now then being their stiff customer support new hire, but I will never go through CL for anything again.

I'm taking my direct response method to social for selling, but if you feel that CL can be tamed and mastered by you then all means go ahead and use it.
