Finding blogs with comments

What is the best way for finding blog posts, which accept comments?

I mean manually commenting about the blog post, as opposed to automated backlink generation. I wish to attract the attention of relevant bloggers to my website rather than posting spam backlinks.

I tried google search, but most blogs found do not have a comment section.

Well.

Initially follow two factors.
Comment should be:
1. Encourageable
2. Advisable

If your post has extra strong points, you can give your post link directly. Do everything in a proper way. If the blogger finds you are trying to get links, they will block your comment.
