Finding Affiliates for FinServ?

I represent a niche PB FinServ Provider (brand).

I was tasked with launching, finding, interviewing and hiring CPA-marketers.
Due to the fact that this is Finance-related, I am finding this very difficult.
The usual platforms for affiliates have ridiculous requirements, or I don't understand how to work them.

Please give me some pointers, info, advice anything...

Where do I get affiliates the easiest possible way?
How do I keep this selective (not accept every or any affiliate under the Sun)? ect.

Reverse engineer what others are doing. Find other programs at networks, cj, shareasale, etc apply for them and see their selection process.

Right
