Find Expired web 2.0 Domains

Which is the best tool to find expired web 2.0 domains, Scrapebox or domain hunter gatherer?

Also, I want to know that is expired web 2.0 still effective?

Scrapebox is at least a few dozens of times better IMO.

It may take a while to handle it, but you can get nice gems with it.

Err in what way is it a few dozen times better than DHG in terms of finding web2.0 accounts? Genuinely interested because it doesn't even perform actual availability checking for sites like tumblr, it will do a 404 error check which will take out any obviously not available accounts but will not return just available accounts.

That is my experience. Surely I admit that I haven't used DHG for as long as I have used scrapebox (years).
I prefer scrapebox as I can change the way I streamline my process in multiple ways. I can check for 404 or even the metrics before I even start checking availability, and so on.
For availability, I check directly with another tool.

What tool do you use to check availability?
 
Scrapebox has a plugin which can check the availability of expired web 2.0.
There are so many tutorials on YouTube.

I used Alive Check and checked all my scrapes. I get Alive: Yes and No.
But all of them are alive. All the scraped urls in Alive are still in use
All the urls in Not ALive are still in use.
How do I get the expired urls?
