I can vouch for "Better Search Replace" as I have used it myself on a site. For the record, the site has 600k+ posts as well.
One thing I really can't stress enough though, is if you are going to be using one of these, make SURE you backup your site first. You really need to be sure you have a good solid backup of your database before running one of these plugins as if something goes wrong, you could really mess it up.
