Financing Affiliate - How do I provide loans?

I want to create a website on let's say 'luxury cars'(not my actual niche) where the website lists and makes and descriptions of the cars . I would like a loan calculator tool for a loan and then the ability for them to 'get a quote' or 'apply for a loan'. Are there any affiliate programs for this?

How about a partner program to provide loans and make payments with through an API(for partners only) I can connect to build my company around?

Maybe something like this? I found this on an actual financial website, but are there any partnerships/tools/affiliate stamps like this you can embed on your website? or an api to create your own financial company? I'm probably asking too much for this type of high regulated niche.

Nevermind! I'll just create the website first and then worry about an affiliate.
