Filtering scraped list with followlikr?

is there a way to filter a scraped list with followlikr?
I just want to filter out 100k all who recently posted within the last week.
if not how do I do this and where?

FollowLiker has this option while following users. If you need it for other purpose, I don't know any bot that does this. However, if you are interested I can create a private bot for you.

Would you be able to create a bot that allowed me to filter out users with a bad ratio of followers to following and then would there be an easy way to put them back into followliker or a bot you like, The biggest issue I have with targeting hashtags is getting around liking company accounts when i'm trying to connect with end users.
