Filtering Scraped Email Addresses

so i have been scraping a lot of emails lately and you can just tell by looking at the list that a lot of emails that are collected are fake. Is there a way that i can run them through an initial filter to weed out the most obvious fakes, before i go through with my emailing campaign? is there like a tool, or like a keyword blacklist that can weed out useless emails? i am sure there are some bulk e-mailers here, who can share some useful tips for efficient mailing

I am scraping from the web results and I am checking the mails manually. I also don't keep too many hotmail and yahoo address in same batch before processing. Sorry for not answering question directly, I don't have any filtering tool and so I used my own testing.
