We're using shared hosting, which DollarFiles and another PPD uses. We've checked EVERY file and we have no virus so it's one of them sites, hence we're buying a dedicated IP

This is because of DollarFiles, purchasing a dedicated IP.
I got your email, I can't make you a new password because your password is encrypted... not plaintext.
