Few question for CPA

Guys i have 2 question to ask for someone who work CPA ADULT and know about these 2 question.
1. What is SOI - what does it mean if somoene can explain it to me i would appraciate that
2. Did you heard for revulutionforce - are they legit to work and do they pay good in conversation?

Please i want someone to explain me for these 2 questions. I hope it's right place to post this thread if not please move it to right place.

SOI = single opt in
As oppose to DOI, double opt in.
Most cpa offers fall into either of the two options.
SOI means your lead has to complete the registration form.
DOI means your lead has to complete the registration form & confirm their email.
Hence DOUBLE opt in. They (1) registered (2) confirmed email. Single opt in they just have to register.

SOI will bring you more money in the case you have good quality traffic

SOI usually is the easier for conversion, but DOI pays more in most cases, as the people have to make an additional action to sign up.
