few question about xrumer

So I want to buy xrumer and at the begining use it from my home computer, but I cannot use it without proxy right? I have read many posts and topics about xrumer but still can't find answer where to buy private elite proxy or VPN. Sure i can google for private proxy or VPN but I think many don't allow to use xrumer...
Can anyone recomend private elite proxy or VPN to use with xrumer?
How many posts is it possible to make with home computer in 24 hours? How many with dedicated server? My current configuration is 1.8GHZ Amd athlon 512MB RAM.
My curent internet speed 20Mbit/s I can easily upgrade to 100mbit/s

Dude do you really call "buy" as "bay" ?? you said it two times LOL..Anyways, you can post from your own Home without any Proxies .With 20 MBIT you can easily run 200 Threads simultaneously .You can search for "sharepro" here and he offers excellent services.He allows XRumer totally .The price is 220$ and he sells Video tutorial for using XRumer for about $150.

Ok thanks for answer i don't know what will happen if I use xrumer without proxy, probably I will get call from my ISP next morning .... Same happened with my hosting I used hostgator and after xrumer blast 150K posts they asked about spam i told that I don't know nothing etc. and this time it was OK but with my ISP I can't say i don't know nothing they will see my IP...

ISP should not be a problem if you dont trouble the Webmasters of Reputed forums

can we use Xrumer for new sites or sites with less traffic and less links will Xrumer blast bann them ?

How many links i can have for a website if i blast of 150k links means how many links will index?

And will it increase traffic atleast 2 times or so or not sure about it ?

You can get easily 10000 Backlinks man for 150K blast .It is not recommended to blast so much for new sites.Do it like few Hundreds everyday and you will surely avoid Sandboxing .If you can get good SERPS then naturally traffic shall increase dude
