xrumer server

could anyone advise me on a dedicated server that allows xrumer at good speeds that is below $150 a month thanks in advance

So I want to buy xrumer and at the begining use it from my home computer, but I cannot use it without proxy right? I have read many posts and topics about xrumer but still can't find answer where to buy private elite proxy or VPN. Sure i can google for private proxy or VPN but I think many don't...
