End of 2022 was going well for my instagram brands until I got hit with a wave of shadowbans right around new years now what used to be 1000+ like reels will get 15 if I’m lucky and the sales that came in every other day are actually non existent. Profits are getting eaten into and my strategy for scaling has completely fallen apart. I’ve asked a bunch of people on here what solutions exist for shadowbans but so far nothing has actually helped. Starting over on several accounts at the same time would take months if not half the year and it doesn’t feel right putting in double the effort to just cross my fingers and hope things will come back (i’m already crossing said fingers for crypto lol). TikTok brings in a great amount of views and likes on most videos but these people hardly ever move onto converting compared to how they did on insta and whenever I put a hard call to action in my captions the engagement goes . Feeling a bit lost on my choices but I refuse to give up looking for a way to strike gold again. If you read this far I appreciate you reading my rant and if you have any advice I’d be glad to hear it

It's tough. I had some shit happen since November as well. Still trying to recover. It's been really bad on my mental health.
 
I would say take the loss and move on fast to other income streams.

Well, don't completely abandon everything you worked on, but, also don't tear yourself apart beating a dead horse.

It's something you could not control and it's not your fault. In fact, you did great of building such an income stream over time.

It's just that we are always at the mercy of platform updates/changes, and having multiple income streams is what we need creating.
 
If you are considering restarting the same Instagram method, what I would do is a full data consulting with someone on BHW who has good knowledge. I do mostly 99% white hat Instagram, so I'm not the person. But there is probably someone here who for $20 will have a private look at your method and your accounts and will tell you what were the likely points of failure.
 
I've been there, made some of my early profit in business that are trend based, short term, and doesn't last long, that's why right now I'm starting affiliate but really hesitant to focus on using social media as my main traffic source

Which other social media you have tried?
 
Well why only instagram ? Try tirktok yt shorts ,fb reels .Try other things etc
Making money online its like a diging on a huge mountain with gold but only those who refuse to give up discover the big gold .You must to adapt ,try new things etc
The thing its not easy if it was easy then everyone will make it

theres no such thing as an easy ride, when you have done this long enough
you no the game will change so will your margins and profits, and you
have to adapt
 
Don't rely on IG to make money. You own no part of it. You have no control over it. It doesn't respect you or your business, and never will. Focus on ways to make money that don't rely on having a big social media presence.
 
That's are ordinary matter. Keep motivated and try to overcome this situation. I hope you will find the way.
 
Try Ppc paid and use a spy software or semrush to get the keywords from Compitition.
