All good except for the third. Not that it is not good, but it reminds me of another logo, cant think what, but if it was for me I would be thinking you had basically copied the logo.

First and last one are ok. Last one was easy to make I guess but it is the best one for using as a logo.
The others are not good, because how can you use them for tiny size?

Thanks for your feedback. Well the third one I can assure you I made my self but the idea of having a person as a tree is quite common so I took that idea and put it all together and added the buildings on the bottom.

I never take an entire logo and copy it that will be plain stupid. But I look at some reference first before I start. Here is were I got the idea: http://designcoral.com/inspiration/tree-logo-design/.

The typography isn't the best. The font looks rigid for some.

Not bad all in all.
