Feedback on my 4 logo designs please

Hi Mate,

They all look fantastic in layout and creativity. Now what I would personally do next is enhance each logo in photoshop by adding certain elements like drop shadows, gradient overlays, reflections, shadows, etc.

Nice logos, but first one for me is the weakest, keep up nice work :)
 
I like them all except for the 4th one, something about the font just comes as off

For me the first one looks really poor. However the next 3 are really good, last one is my favorite, I like the idea with this swimming guy. To be honest, I would be happy receiving these logos if I would order it (except nr 1), good job, keep working on your skills
 
Elecsho, I can see you've put a lot of work, and I can tell you're not a total beginner like most of the people here.
I would say you don't need lot more time (6-12 months) till you reach a top quality of winning works on 99 designs, so keep up, cause talent you definitly have!
