Hello, i have a page about "women Health" with 16k real followers, if i would post content from another page (copy and paste) then FB would delete my page??

If the content is original then I wouldn't advice it.
If they are copying from other sources, then there shouldn't be a problem.

i saw many peoples are using copyright content from another page, how they are using these?

I doubt they will take down a small page unless the original content creator reports your post.
How the original content creator reports your post if they would never see my post? because i will take these content from another location

You can post the content if the other page has low likes like you (max. 50k) but if its more than that than there might be some sort of problem. I will advice if you gonna steal... steal it smartly. Crop and change its meta data by using screenshot of that image and if its a video than crop, zoom and many other shit to steal that content. You just have to be smart, if you just pick and drop it on your page, you likely going to get copyright strike. I hope i helped :)

Some content creators are self-centered and will report a page if they believe that another page is simply copying their work even if you give credit.
This goes, especially, for page content creators who watermark their photos/videos.

In some scenarios, certain page owners (like myself) could care less about content being copied from their page to random, smaller pages.
However, I would never suggest that you copy from only one page. That would probably irritate page content creators and prompt them to report your page with (evidence).

Anyhow, certain page owners will certainly care to report your page based on factors such as copyright issues, brand identity issues etc.

ummm ... my advice is same don't drag and drop the content.. do it smartly and you will be safe for long. (another tip) you can embed your watermarks on it images and video too

They're getting away for the time being. Once discovered it goes down fast and may cost $$$ depending on what the author decides to do.
