Most of the facebook ad spy tool are mostly outdated since i tried them and i couldn't
get lots of information about my niche

They're legit. But like any spy tool, just because an ad is running for a long time doesn't mean it will be profitable for you if you run it as well. Just be sure to use fresh creatives and tweak the LP as well.
