FB Expert Required - increase engagement/sales for physical product

We currently are looking for a FB expert to increase our post engagements + increase our sales in our niche (Physical Product)

We currently use FB ads but with very limited success, our competitors are using FB ads also but their post engagement etc is through the roof compared to ours...so clearly we are not doing something right etc
