FB ads payment setup questions (3D Secure, Country Match, Name Match)

Hey guys,

total newbie here and a bit paranoid about my first fb account getting restricted when setting up payment.

Does FB require 3D Secure?
Should the ad account location match the card’s billing/issuing country?
And does it matter if the CC name doesn’t match the fb profile name?

1 - not always
2 - absolutely
3 - depends on the account quality but you should use VCCs whose names can be anything.

All this information, except for the numbers, may differ from the advertising account. I usually write my first and last name and location every time so that Facebook does not block my payment card.

You don't need to worry about that. If you're a new user, try using a postpaid account to test it out and avoid using a prepaid account because if the account is locked, you'll lose the money you've added.
