Fb ads amount spent is different from billing?

Hello, my facebook ads account Current Balance is different from my account spent, my account spent shows 109$ and my billing showing $ 206.48, yesterday it was 109$ and in this morning it becomes $206.48. and also all my ads are off.
Can anyone please explain this me.

may be the last pending bill has been added with the recent bill.
have you checked the total bill?

because i start my new ads , i payed everything it was just 0.9$ in my currency balance yesterday it 109$ i checked it like 4 times and it didn't change suddenly this morning it because $206.48
