My Ad account got banned (1), will my second Ad account (2) get banned if i promote links from the same domain name as account (1) ?

Will it get banned if i use a redirection such as bitly to promote my links?

Probably yes, FB webcrawler will find out what is behind bit.ly
If the Domainname isn’t against the Policies, you can verify a Domain from your Business Manager. Before that, I suggest using the sharing debugger: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/

Keep in mind, ssl encryption is mandatory!

No, you should be fine.

Just create another 301 or page on the same domain and you should be fine. :)

Facebook ban ad accounts if they see any ads that contain violating content like; spreading fake news, hate speeches, spam, viruses or content that are not allowed to share in a specific region as per any country's law.

Also, if your website content is also contain these types of violating content then they will permanently put your site into their block list.

I think their are teams behind this to fight against spam who manually moderating these kind of contents.

You can contact support with a request by asking what is wrong on your side. If you will correct those issues you will be able to run ad again.

But, most of the banned account/domain are banned permanently by facebook.

if i follow you guys it means i can ban any domain name of facebook voluntary by promoting any links of that domain name but by not respecting facebook policies.

I don't think they ban domain name of FB ads because of this.

If someone can confirm though, someone who tried this experience.

Yeah, have very big chance to get ban instantly though some time they missed it.
