FB account QUALITY Bad or good

Once you have successfully verified and got your account back, it will be of better quality than before.

Your account was locked for suspected violation of community policy but you have successfully appealed to have the account unlocked. Then your account will be healthier than before because Facebook has removed suspicion against you. You should continue to use that account.
 
Once you verify your account, it means that Facebook has determined that you are a real person, so your account will be stronger than before.

It doesn't affect the quality of your account at all. If it increases your cost per result, try changing your ad content.

The accounts you return to will often be more stable than new accounts, so it's better to use that account

Use your account to increase your credibility with Facebook. Currently, perhaps because you are new to the service, you have not unlocked additional features.

Account appeal successful is more valueable than others count, it's more stable
 
you are talking about facebook user account not advertising account , 180 day violation is violation from your fanpage and need time to return to normal , that is considered punishment

1 year i think is not old and good enough, i have many Facebook accounts which start from 2008-2010 but still sometimes get ban 180 days

I think renting an account would be better, because rental accounts usually have a high spending history, so the stability will be higher than newly established account
 
I also encounter this situation often and my solution is to find a new account, there are not many options for situations like this
 
After being verified by Facebook, your account will be more reliable than before, so don't worry too much

Don't worry too much about it, continue using your old account because Facebook just wants to know if you are a real user and you have verified yourself as the owner of this account through your number.
