FB account QUALITY Bad or good

When Facebook has verified your account, it means Facebook has identified you as human, so your account will be better than before.

I don't believe there is an issue. Do not overthink things. Your account is strong if it has been validated and is currently operating smoothly.
 
I think the restored account will be a little better, but if the policy is violated, it can still be restricted again
 
So,

1. It will NOT reduce your reach.
2. It will NOT affect your account quality if you don't get banned again.

The account quality remains normal after it is reinstated.
 
Man, you should feel more secure now that the account has been confirmed to be fully operational. It's okay, so don't worry.
 
The fact that your account is back to normal operation is a very positive sign. Such accounts are indeed considered genuinely good
 
Previously disabled FB accounts (correct me if I'm wrong) aren't necessarily stronger than regular accounts, and their recommendation for advertising's unconfirmed. Therefore, I believe you can continue using your account without any problems

A restored account will be much stronger, less likely to be restricted again, and won't affect your reach or campaigns. However this would have been more true a few years ago. Nowadays I see it as old accounts. But overall I think you can keep using that account instead of wasting it.
 
I think a restored account is a little better, but if it violates the policy, it can still be restricted again
