If a FB account gets suspended and gets reinstated, does it lowers account quality?

So I have this FB account created myself around 1 year ago. I don't spam or anything. Just created multiple groups and pages and some random activities like engaging in discussion. I don't post links or message anyone.

Just now got suspended for 180 days and I need to appeal. It asked for my number to send OTP and now it is unlocked and got the message you are now back on Facebook. Everything is working as before.

Now, I may be overthinking but does this thing lowered my account quality and would it effect reach? Should I continue using this account or move onto another account?

First, with such accounts, they have just been reopened, so they will rarely come back to check immediately. But you need to warm up your account before using it

Reinstated Facebook Social account doesn't affect the quality of campaigns.
It is better than normal Facebook Social account because it is less likely to be restricted again, this is good when you don't want to interrupt your campaigns (sometimes Facebook stop campaigns when Social account is restricted). I know that people sell their Facebook Social account with higher price when it is reinstated.

If you are talking about Facebook AD account, then yes it does have bad effect on the quality of campaigns, the learning machine is stopped and restarted, also your ads will be constantly watched by the system. Creating similar campaigns may result in second restriction and so on.

But the account status is confusing.

Here it says No restrictions but also says Profile Not Recommendable ?

Why profile is not recommendable?

Profile is not recommendable for "Profile benefits", not for "advertising". I do not know what the benefits are, maybe the ability to run ads about special category, like political or regional issues,...but definitely it has nothing to do with general advertising. Also, as you said that you created too many groups and were prohibited from creating groups only, then you FB account was not restricted at all, it was just temporarily prohibited from using some features due to spam action. It also means that your FB account is not even reinstated. You have nothing to worry about bro. Because your Facebook account has been alerted with spam before, I suggest you to create max 3 groups per day.
