FB account QUALITY Bad or good

Successfully appealing and regaining access doesn't necessarily indicate lowered account quality, but I would advise you to create a second account just in case your next violation escalates to a ban.

Reinstated fb accounts are stronger than normal accounts cmiiw they're more recommended when we run ads on FB.
So I think you can continue using your account. It should be fine.
How can you confirm that information?

Your Facebook account is locked because Facebook suspects unusual activity. When you successfully appeal, Facebook has verified that you are a real user. Now you can use it completely normally.

You can continue to use it. Additionally, you can create backup accounts. Even if you have one pc, you can still create multiple accounts when you use antidetect browser Hidemyacc

I had similar experience, any suggestion how to get a quality like 5-10 years old fb account? I have bought some cheap old account before, but very shady:mad:

I wouldn't advice anybody to buy them cheap or buy them at all unless there's some warranty or insurance involved. However, I would rather recommend renting instead eg. an ageing fb account up to 10 years old or older with company like exiscale. The reason I recommend this is bcoz they offer lifetime replacement on any restrictions. So you are atleast reassured man!

Your account after successfully appealing it will increase credibility

After being verified by Facebook, your account will be stronger

If a FB account gets suspended and gets reinstated, does it lowers account quality?

So I have this FB account created myself around 1 year ago. I don't spam or anything. Just created multiple groups and pages and some random activities like engaging in discussion. I don't post links or message anyone.

Just now got suspended for 180 days and I need to appeal. It asked for my number to send OTP and now it is unlocked and got the message you are now back on Facebook. Everything is working as before.

Now, I may be overthinking but does this thing lowered my account quality and would it effect reach? Should I continue using this account or move onto another account?
When you successfully appeal, your account will be more trust

Account quality will be restored soon.

Nope this does not hurt your account quality as your ad account is not restricted, just your account go on verification for account security. The account is good to go.

A Facebook account that gets suspended and then reinstated may lead to stricter monitoring and potential limitations on future activities.

The quality of the account will not be reduced, but on the contrary, it will be more difficult to disable, because you have proven that the account is real and shows no signs of violation.

The quality may not be increased, but the Facebook account will be less likely to be disabled again, which is already very good. You can safely turn on old ads again and increase your budget.

Once you appealed you account successfully, it's okay to use. You should avoid violating FB policy as well, for example having many activities at the same time. Like my personal account since 2010, it's very strong, never face a sus

You shouldn't be afraid since you've unlocked your account. Now it will work normally.
