SEO is the best way to get a constant amount of traffic, but it takes time to get into the top SERPS,
Social media websites and paid ads are the best ways to get fast traffic, but it will not last for a long time and you will have to keep posting over and over (the majority of the time at least, some can stick)

SEO is worth the time and effort if you are targeting the right keywords
Guest posting will help in the SEO itself, more than driving traffic
You can make a blog depending on your niche, if you are able to provide useful information within it
