Farming account

Hello.
I got my ass banned on Instagram and Facebook and I can't even make another account.
Do you know what to do to recover / create a new profile that is completely ban proof?

I fu*ed up making comments I think, but it was strange, I got one warning about spam, NO STRIKES, and suddenly I got suspended. I think it maybe the use of VPN, sarcastic non-conformist comments, and shit like that. I delved into everything I can, but I wonder if the advertising ID or IDFA would fuck me regardless. Your experience advice is appreciated.

From what I have gathered:
To get back on and create a successful profile after a ban we need:
– A full device restore
– New email.
– New number and sim.
– New name, bio, and no pictures from previous banned account.
– Change fingerprint.
– Don’t comment politically.
That is all fucking clear. Now here is the tricky part, do we only use an anti detection app / software on our iPhones, because I heard from an Only Fans Marketing bloke, he says it’s suspicious to have a residential static IP proxy when they know we have a mobile phone, what’s your take to how to ban proof our social media accounts especially on Cuntbook and Judogram?

Farming account is simply creating bunch of facebook accounts on a profile browser application like adspower/incogniton and then using proxy. Creating Facebook accounts using fake name and profile and warm them every day by doing normal things on the account to make it stronger and have it ready for launching ads.

Service providers maintain many FB accounts, then when someone wants to like a post, comment, like a page, etc., they will use those accounts to interact.
