FAKE followers question

Hey there guys,
so, today I was wondering why does the fake-followers market work again if Instagram literally promised that every now and then they'll delete all spam accounts.
Are new fake accounts "deletion-proof"? Are fake-followers sellers just tricky guys who wants to *hem* us with numbers which will disappear in few months?

Any ideas?

Anyways, it's not that hard to get followers if you use a bot. Don't waste your time and energy buying or building up your account with fake followers.

A friend of mines who did this a few months ago had 90% of his accounts banned because of buying fake followers.

They can't punish you or you'd buy followers for your competitors.

So they gotta clean up the fake accounts. Which is what they do.
