Facing Issue in Keyword! Any Solution

Hi Community,

I am facing the issue while checking the ranking manually, Today I am checking the rankings of my client's website on two laptops, The problem I am facing is that the keyword is showing on one laptop but not showing on the other laptop, and vice versa, this is happening in all my projects, can anyone let me know why this is happening any major or basic reason behind that? Is there any solution to fix this issue, because this leads to a lot of fluctuation in dropping and improving.

Let me start with a few basic and maybe dumb questions:
  • Are both laptops connected to the same internet? Same IP?
  • Are you running a VPN on any of them?
  • Are you using the same browser? (If you are, they might have different user-agents)

This happens due to personalization, location differences, cache, and Google data center variations—use incognito mode, VPN, and rank tracking tools for accurate results.

Yes using the VPN , yes same internet, different browser, Do you know which VPN is best for this ? any suggestions

Are you using the same VPN connected to the same server? Because, it might say US but you can be connected to datacenters on two different locations within the US.

I personally don´t like using a VPN when running SERP analysis for the same reasons I mention above. Instead, I want to use this chrome extension/tool that allows me to easily change the user-agent on my browser.

I personally don´t like using a VPN when running SERP analysis for the same reasons I mention above. Instead, I want to use https://valentin.app/gs-location-changer.html that allows me to easily change the user-agent on my browser.

This happens due to cache, location, personalization, and device differences. Try using incognito mode, clearing cache & cookies, setting the same location & language, or using a VPN and a reliable rank tracker for accuracy.
