This is a headache man, I have the same problem, you can contact the customer service of the bank you are using to find out more.
 
We play on their home field, so we have to accept their rules bro. Right now i’m still having trouble with the campaign not spending

I have had the same issue earlier , where i had a good campaign running with a incredible profit , once i thought of scaling them and uploaded the money in 5 mins the account was disabled .. That's when i started moving to credit line accounts.

Because too many advertisers have not followed the rules of the game, which is to use the platform to promote products without paying by using accounts with a large payment threshold to the payment limit, they will abandon that account and not pay Facebook, so Facebook is forced to find a way to collect a sum of money in advance to call it a guarantee, which has greatly affected genuine advertisers who pay in full.
 
You can ask for support from the bank.
 
They have a strict policy regarding refunds when an account is disabled because those funds may be tied to an outstanding balance from ad serving.

Is this true, because I also talked to Facebook support specialists a few times and they said that all the hold amount will be refunded to the advertiser.

The law is the law, Facebook also always says notice and says in advance that during the process of handling the hold money, the account is not disabled but
 
Contact the bank for support, but if the account shows signs of holding money, stop using it and use a correspondent account instead to avoid holding money.
