Facebook's advance payment

It's unfair that Facebook holds payments temporarily, and if the account is disabled, the hold isn't refunded. Advertisers shouldn't be penalized in this way, especially after working with support.

I have not experienced a hold yet, but a simple payment failed ( Paypal had some downtime) and suddenly had to pay the entire outstanding amount despite the fact that I have Net30. Repeated contact requests remained unanswered (the ticket is still open a week later). Meta has a monopoly position and they know it, they don't care about you. I wonder at what point they do so, a million a month in spending maybe. It's just a shame that we live in a time where you can't count on a little understanding and service.
 
There will be many unfair things and we must accept it as when participating in the game, we must accept the rules of the game. If you rent an agency account, you won't need to worry about keeping your money anymore

If you're doing blackhat stuff on Facebook expect to get banned sometimes.
 
Maybe Hold is no longer Facebook's fault but now it's a Facebook feature. I agree that it's unfair to advertisers but we are playing on their turf so we have to accept it.
 
It seems like that’s just how Facebook works now. Our only option is to use a different account to avoid getting locked out
 
I'm also having a headache because of the problem of keeping Facebook's money, but they are the creators of Facebook so they have the right to set the rules. What else can we do besides complying with those policies to keep our accounts safe?

You want a refund provided your account is not in arrears, whether the account is active or disabled.
 
I have had this problem before, Have you sent a check yet, it will take a very long time for your funds to be verified and refunded
 
Hold is a feature of Facebook. They create the platform, they set the rules. However, there are still ways to bypass hold situations, and these methods are shared by people on BHW

yes.i find that absurd.so we will just lose money with them
 
Playing on their field, we have to accept and follow their rules. Let's find every way to keep our accounts from being disabled or to be able to resist with a high rate.

We are forced to follow the rules they set, what we need to do is be careful not to violate the rules to get our account locked.
 
It is a new policy in Facebook advertising. You should pay in full so that Facebook's transaction system is highly reliable.
 
Don't have to face that problem much lately. All hold accs are quite stable right now and i got refunded a lot
