I don't know if it's better than the one you're using, but I'm managing many accounts with Adspower and it's fine

can you confirm you have a bot which does all this? I cant find Maxcare Farm FB

What automation process does the bot use?
 
I often use Adspower because it only needs to enter the proxy once and enter multiple accounts at once using an excel file. It also allows adding extensions on a series of profiles

Before and now I am still using Ads Power anti-detection, easy to use interface and it has clean IP addresses to feed many different Facebook accounts. You can refer to Proxy 922. Dolphin Anty is also good but can be used in parallel at the same time, it will be better, my personal opinion is like that, you can refer to it)
 
Adspower combined proxy is a popular software used today. However, users still need to be careful to avoid having their accounts locked by Facebook.
