Facebook Service/Program/Apps that does automatic post in Page

What I wanted to do is a apps/program/service (preference free) that go to my feeds (in a wordpress blog self-host), choose a random item, send to facebook (and for twitter, if I want) the scheduled hours, every day. (I want in two in two hours a update with a random post from my blog.

i think there's already a facebook application called "RSS Graffiti" that does this, ive used this in the past for talking posts from blogs etc to post to a facebook page,wall,group...

Use RSS grafiti apps
and netwrkedblogs also post the same to your pages and twitter too you can add bit.ly links too

and many options are there i used and i peronally recommend the RSS grafiti one
