its convets only your profile in to page . you get these optio on your page (add all friend in your page in 1 click ) but only for 14 days
After 14 days what will happen?

they are real fans
the reach of those pages and engagment is way better than a similar page of same size that wasn't converted
for the first 2-3 weeks then it's the same
but those pages are more vulnarable getting unpublished
the first month !
