You keep trying, like i said before. no one will accept payment as goods through paypal. taking the badge on a '' not 100% legal way ''

I don't mind paying. Just as long someone can prove that their service is legit. A lot of scammers out there

It wasn't 18hrs. And the example accounts he sent that he said he verified. The owners of those accounts said he didn't do them. And the Blackhat moderators said don't do the deal. So I was scared to wire transfer $900 over upfront
