It's very risky if you use a prepaid account because if your account is banned, you will lose your money

I don't think paying in advance and later doesn't affect the effectiveness of the campaign. Use postpay to protect that money first.

I am not really sure about this but usually you need vcc, but bases on the source of your vcc and the bin used. I usually create mine with that though but I think most people prefer postpay method.
