Facebook PPC & Adcenter

Does anyone know if facebook and adcenter allows blogger sites like www.ilovedogs.blogspot.com or ilovedogs.wordpress.com. Basically sites or blogs that do not have hosting?

Do you know if using types of blogs/sites described above are ok if you make them your landing page or if not a landing page and content is added like a 10 articles or so with content lockers or file gateways on some if it you get you banned?

Any insight on this would greatly be appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Free hosted blogs are fine. But you are likely to get in trouble for using content lockers/gateway.
