Does if I integrate the FB pixel in my prelander page CPA site will cause some troubles?

are you going to buy traffic from fb?
to my knowledge, i think only certain types of verticals are allowed to have just an lp from facebook traffic.

Yes am doing it atm, but I want to test something so I wondered if I integrate does will affect the ads...

well.. i guess it depends what you are testing
theres no one answer unfortunately.

it will works normally as if you integrate it with any other webpage. you should consider complying with fb tos when running cpa offers through it though, but this has nothing to do with the pixel, btw, there are some networks that has offers where you can integrate pixel in advertiser lander for more control over tracking, but there aren't many like that.
