I just made a facebook page on which I will frequently post motivational quotes and such. I am planning on advertising on it when it has enough views, likes and comments per post. What is the best way to spread it?

if you have some budget you could try to find facebook groups or pages similar to yours and pay them some money to promote you. With no or a low budget the best thing for you is to work your way up with one of the many ways shown on this forum, use your eyes.

try to grow a Instagram account at the same time and use that one to promote your facebook and the other way around.
