Facebook Page Namechange not possible?

it seems you have changed your name before, when you change your name wait at least 60 days.
only in case you just created a new page and changed the name, you can change it right away

yes bro , that is the current bug and maybe facebook will fix it soon , facebook pages that change their name often get errors while your new names are not violating anything
 
Facebook is having issues at the moment, old pages cannot be renamed
 
You will change it after 60 days.
But if you send a picture of that problem. It will good
 
I have the same problem. I tried this for about 10 different accounts and 30 different Facebook pages, but I do not get a positive or negative response to any name change requests. So the Facebook page names have not changed for about 3 days. I think it is a system error and they will fix it.

Note: The pages to which I am sending this request are newly created pages and pages to which no request for name change has been sent before.

Yes it's a bug which probably won't get fixed since a ton of bad actors these days. Best way would be to create a brand new page and start page likes campaign to optimize it.
 
Facebook does not allow page names to be changed too often. If you've recently changed your page name, you may have to wait a while before you can change the name again. If the new name is too different from the old name, Facebook may not allow you to change the name to avoid confusing your page followers.
 
Your fanpage is limited in changing its name: When you want to change your name, you will have to submit a request and wait for Facebook to approve it. You have submitted too many name change requests before but were not approved. When the number of name change requests exceeds 3 and are not approved, the fanpage's name change feature will be limited. That's why you'll get the message "There are restrictions on this page. You cannot perform this action while those restrictions still apply."

check if the name you want to change to has anything to do with your old name. usually, when changing your name, there must be at least one word related to the name you used before.
 
So you have requested to change your name many times, it has been limited. I think it is best for you to wait for a while before requesting to change your name again. If you keep requesting continuously, it will not achieve the goal.

Don't worry brother, it's just a temporary problem, try creat a new name but related to the old name to see if there is any change, if not, wait a few days and it will be better
 
After 60 days you can change your name, but for pages that have a large number of likes and followers this will be much more difficult, let's see what situation your Facebook page is in.

I see that the page name change is still normal, after 60 days. Have you tried contacting the Facebook support team?

Yes, I had the same problem 1 week ago and still waiting for a fix from FB
 
Seems like a ton of users have the same problem and it really seems that its an internal issue with facebook and has nothing to do with the 60 day period. Lets hope that facebook will fix that error soon.
 
You need to change the name will need to use after 60 days
 
If your page has not been renamed for 60 days, it will not be possible to change its name, or if your page has too many likes/followers, this will also make it more difficult for your page to change its name.
