Facebook Page Namechange not possible?

If you want to change your Facebook name, you must wait 60 days.

have yu changed it continuously for a while? it may have been restricted because you changed it too much. please wait a few more days, facebook will let you update it again.

Yes. It used to be easy to change the page name, but now FB doesn't change it anymore, maybe it's temporary. The best way is to create a new page and change the name
 
Did your page change its name recently? If you have changed your name recently, you will not be able to change it again for another 60 days. Your next change must be somewhat similar to the old name to avoid confusion with other pages or unwanted unfollowing. Facebook is limiting you to avoid losing those followers.
 
You must wait at least 60 days before you can change your page name.

You can chat with meta support. Meta is fixing to rename the Page.

Here’s a clear guide to changing your Facebook page name successfully:
  1. One Support Account: Use just one support account for the process.
  2. Share the Page: Share your page with the support account. Ideally, leave it shared for 7 days to avoid excessive questioning from support. If not, it’s okay too.
  3. Current and New Page Names:
    • Note the current page name.
    • Decide on the new name you want to change to.
  4. Switch Language to English: Change the support account’s language to English. Then go to the page and attempt to change the name normally.
  5. If No Confirmation: If the system doesn’t confirm the name change, try again. If an error appears, take a full screenshot for support.

Some pages are restricted from changing their names, and you have to wait 30 days to change them
